MEPF DESIGN COORDINATORS
Bound for: Saudi Arabia
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: SITE ARCHITECT
Minimum of 5yrs working experience as a Site Architect from a consulting company in KSA or GCC.
Well-versed in reviewing, checking, and approval of shop drawings and material submittal from the contractor.
Well experienced/knowledgeable of standard codes/procedures for inspections.
Review, evaluate and recommend the Contractor’s invoice or variation orders
Experienced in the hotel, offices, residential and commercial projects.
Well-versed in computer software related to the work
Perform other related works as instructed by the superior
MEPF DESIGN COORDINATORS
Minimum of 5 year experience in MEPF (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Fire Protection) design or design coordination in consulting firm in KSA.
Well-versed in computer software related to the work
Well-versed in reviewing and checking of MEPF design drawings
Knowledgeable with related International local (KSA) codes.
Knowledgeable in design calculation, specifications and BOQ.
Coordination with other discipline (Architectural structural)
Experienced in hotel, office, residential and commercial projects.
Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
